A.M.S. Electrical & Communications have been conducting ongoing maintenance and preventive maintenance works on the ‘Twin Servos’ Service centres on the M4 Motorway, Eastern Creek.

Consisting of the Caltex service stations, McDonald’s family restaurants, Oporto’s and Red Rooster, the twin service centres both located Westbound and Eastbound on the M4 Motorway at Eastern Creek is a highly trafficable section of the main arterial road linking Sydney’s Inner-West with the Blue Mountains. A.M.S. Electrical & Communications have been entrusted to maintain the service centres of whom Transurban is responsible for. A major part of the works is to maintain and service the Motorway lighting including the high-level lighting located on the motorway itself and on the on-ramps and off-ramps leading in and out of the service centres. This is a highly skilled and coordinated task utilising both special high reaching plant equipment and specialist traffic control. Audits are conducted on the Motorway and service centres by our trained staff and special reports issued to Transurban for the maintenance and preventative maintenance of the Motorway to ensure safe passage for all motorists.

The contract includes the following:

  • -          Monthly audits and reports
  • -          Maintenance of Main switch boards and Distribution boards
  • -          High level lighting
  • -          Traffic control
  • -          High level plant/ boom lift operation
  • -          Service centre lighting
  • -          Maintenance and preventative maintenance
  • -          24 hour on-call emergency service
